Horseback riding in the Sacred Valley of the Incas offers a unique and refreshing experience. The tour begins with a pickup from your hotel at 7:00 AM.
We will embark on a 90-minute journey through the Peruvian Andes, transforming it into a magical and unforgettable ride. The 4-hour horseback ride begins at the hacienda, where we will be welcomed and provided with all the necessary equipment for the ride on Peruvian Paso horses (a National Heritage of Peru, considered the best saddle horses in the world).
Our journey starts in Paucarbamba, and we will cross the Tarabamba Bridge spanning the Urubamba River. Along the way, you will be amazed by the scenic trails, lush nature, and towering mountains, until we reach the town of Pichingoto, a Quechua community that still preserves its adobe houses and small cave dwellings.
After a short break, we will ride back to the hacienda along the banks of the Vilcanota River, enjoying stunning views and varied microclimates before leaving our horses. At this point, our private transport will be waiting to take us to a buffet lunch and back to your hotel in Cusco.

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 7:00 AM in our private vehicle and head to the Horse Hacienda in the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
The journey takes approximately 90 minutes, where we will meet the horseman and our Peruvian Paso horses, recognized as a Cultural Heritage of Peru.
We will begin our horseback ride on the hacienda's grounds, cross the Tarabamba Bridge, and continue along a horseshoe trail near the Vilcanota River, passing through eucalyptus, tara, and willow forests. Our route takes us to the town of Pichingoto, a Quechua community that still preserves its adobe houses and small cave dwellings, once inhabited by early settlers who processed salt.
Our tour concludes around 1:00 PM at the Horse Hacienda, where our transportation will be waiting to take us to a buffet lunch. After a short break, we’ll return to your hotel in Cusco in our private transport, enjoying panoramic views of crop fields, villages, and finally, the city skyline.
