For the past few years, entrance to Machu Picchu has been restricted to a limited number of visitors. Tickets often sell out, and availability can be scarce up to two months in advance, leaving many travelers without the opportunity to visit this iconic site. However, we have a solution for last-minute bookings, and we are happy to guide you through the process.
The Ministry of Culture manages access to Machu Picchu and allows the sale of approximately 1,000 tickets in person at the town of Aguas Calientes, one day prior to the visit. This means you can secure your entry by purchasing tickets directly with an official ID (such as a passport or national ID card). Please keep in mind the following conditions:

The tour begins with an early morning transfer from your hotel in Cusco to the town of Ollantaytambo, where we will board the train to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, the guide will pick you up from the train station and accompany you through the process of purchasing last minute tickets to Machu Picchu. They will direct you to the appropriate line and provide support as you secure your ticket for the following day. Since the ticket purchase is strictly personal, you must bring your identification documents.
After obtaining your ticket and assigned entry time, you will coordinate with the guide regarding the schedule for your Machu Picchu tour the next day. The rest of the afternoon is yours to explore the town of Aguas Calientes or relax in the thermal baths that give the town its name.
Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.
We will board the bus for a 25-minute journey to the Machu Picchu citadel. Upon arrival, our guide will lead the tour, offering detailed insights into the history, architecture, and significance of this World Wonder. You will marvel at the impressive structures, built with massive, intricately carved stones.
After the tour, you will return to Aguas Calientes, where you will board the train back to Ollantaytambo. From there, our transportation will take you to your hotel in Cusco.

Machu Picchu, recognized as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, stands out for its exceptional feats in architecture and engineering. Among its many structures, you will find the Intihuatana—a solar clock used for ceremonial and astronomical purposes—along with several other religious and ritual sites.
After the tour, you will descend to Aguas Calientes, where you can relax before boarding the train back to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the station and transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.
