1. CANCELLATIONS
CANCELLATION LESS THAN 20 DAYS
OPERATIONAL AND TICKET EXPENSES
- If a cancellation request is received less than 45 days before your trip, it will be subject to an operational expense penalty of US$ 45.00 per person.
- There is a full penalty for entries to Wayna Picchu, Machu Picchu Mountain, and Machu Picchu, with no refund for these expenses. These policies are established by the Ministry of Culture.
- Train entries also incur an additional penalty of 20% of the original ticket value. These policies are set by INCA RAIL and PERU RAIL.
- Hotel reservations are subject to the policies of the individual establishment.
LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION – 72 HOURS
- If a cancellation request is received only 72 hours before your trip, a 100% penalty will apply.
SPECIAL CASE INCA TRAIL
- In the case of canceling only the Inca Trail service, ONCE THE SERVICE IS CONFIRMED, no refund will be granted due to the nature of the service.
2. REFUNDS
The refund process also depends on third parties (Hotels – Trains – Entries – Flights).
- For TRAIN refunds, the process must be handled at the same offices, and provider companies have a processing time of approximately 20 days.
- For Entries, only changes are allowed. If a special situation arises, this process takes approximately 15 days.
- For Hotels and Flights, we must adhere to the policies of each company.
- Refunds will be made through the same method used for the original payment.
- For credit card and bank transfer payments, the processing time is 15 days.

SPECIAL CASE INCA TRAIL
- In the case of changing the date of the Inca Trail service, it can be done BASED ON AVAILABILITY with a penalty of US$ 120.00 per person.
4. PRICES AND RATES
- All tour prices and rates are expressed in US dollars.
- Our prices may vary during holidays such as Easter, Christmas, and New Year (any changes will be communicated in advance by a company representative).
- Tour package prices and rates are per person, based on double occupancy in a standard room at all hotels and include services, transfers, indicated excursions, specialized guides, and entry tickets (unless different conditions are specified).
- Prices and rates do not include extra costs such as tips, airport taxes, airfare, excess baggage, or any other service not specified in the program.
- If the personal information provided by the client for booking is incorrect or if there is any change or update of data (passports), it must be immediately reported to the agency by email. We will then proceed with the data update. These changes incur a penalty for data modification set by the provider companies. These costs will be borne by the client.
5. VISAS, DOCUMENTATION, PERMITS, AND INSURANCE
- All clients, at the time of booking services with CuscoPeru.com, are responsible for obtaining the necessary current documents and permits to carry out the activities in the itinerary. They must also carry these documents during the excursions, which were provided at the time of booking.
- All clients, when booking services with the company, agree to allow a copy of their personal documents (Passport, ID, DNI, etc.) to be taken by the company representative (The company will keep this information confidential and use it only for accounting and administrative purposes).
- According to current Peruvian law, a tourist cannot stay in the country for more than 60 days according to their TAM card. Therefore, if the foreign client stays in Peru for more than 60 days, they will be required to pay an additional 18% IGV tax on the total tour cost.
6. ITINERARIES
- Itineraries are planned with great care; however, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities or the specified route. While such changes may be occasional, the itinerary should generally be considered a basic guide.
- CuscoPeru.com reserves the right to make, without prior notice, modifications to the order of excursions or trips due to weather conditions, river levels, arrival or departure times of flights, buses, or trains, or any other relevant reason to ensure your safety and the best development of your trip.
- In the event that itinerary activities are altered, rescheduled at the last minute, or canceled due to flight delays, social conflicts, bad weather, road blockages, or any other inconvenience caused by third parties, the company will not be liable for refunds for unfinished activities due to these issues.
7. RESERVATIONS
- To make a reservation, CuscoPeru.com requires a 50% payment of the total tour from the client using our authorized payment methods provided by the sales agent. The remaining 50% of the tour must be paid in cash on the first day of your arrival in Cusco in US dollars to the assisting staff.
- To confirm the reservation, we need the following information from each passenger: Full Name, Passport Number, Nationality, Age, Gender. It is recommended to inform us of allergies, medical conditions, passenger characteristics, food preferences, etc.
- Once the prepayment is made, our sales agent will send an email with the confirmation of the chosen tour package. This email serves as a guarantee of your reservation. After receiving the confirmation, the client should review the email details and respond.
- If your reservation includes accommodation nights, hotel confirmation is subject to availability. If there is no space in the specified hotel, the client will be given a similar category and price hotel.
- CuscoPeru.com may accept last-minute reservations (24 hours before the client's arrival at the destination). In this case, the company will explicitly state the special conditions of such reservations, including, if applicable, special schedules. These conditions must be mutually agreed upon with the client and will be documented via email.
8. PAYMENT METHODS
- You can make payments with ALL CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS through our system at www.cuscoperu.com/payment. The system incurs an additional 5% charge (SSL secure system and foreign bank transfer fees).
- Sending the advance via Western Union by coordinating with our sales representative and sending the request to info@cuscoperu.com. You must then provide us with the MTCN code of your deposit.
- You can also pay via PAYPAL by requesting a payment order from info@cuscoperu.com. If you choose this option, a 6% surcharge will apply.

- Users and/or clients provide their personal data voluntarily, knowingly, and securely. Therefore, using forms, virtual chat, sending emails, and making online purchases imply acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the conditions included therein, in accordance with Law No. 29733 - Personal Data Protection Law.
